Instructions
- Begin by preparing your tea infuser. Combine a portion of dried apples, dried mangoes, dried passion fruit pulp, and a few mint leaves into the infuser.
- Place the prepared infuser in a mug, ensuring there’s enough space for the ingredients to expand and infuse the tea.
- Heat water to the desired temperature and pour it over the infuser, completely immersing the ingredients.
- Allow the blend to steep for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and infuse into the hot water.
- After steeping, remove the infuser, and you’ll be greeted by a fragrant, flavorful, and rejuvenating Passion Fruit Mango Tea.
- Sweeten to your taste with your choice of sweetener—be it honey, sugar, or Marzi’s favorite candied sugar. Adjust the sweetness to match your preference.
- Stir well and savor the delightful medley of fruity flavors and the aromatic hint of mint in each sip.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor and nutritional benefits, consider dehydrating the mango, apples and passion fruit pulps using a dehydrator before using them in this recipe.
- Feel free to experiment with the sweetness level to tailor the tea to your liking. You can use alternative sweeteners or omit sugar altogether if you prefer a less sweet beverage.
