Homemade Passion Fruit Mango Tea

This delightful blend combines the flavors of carefully dried apples, succulent mangoes, refreshing mint, and the star of the show – the vibrant passion fruit pulp harvested from Marzi's very own yellow passion fruit varieties, known for their unparalleled juiciness and flavor.

  • Dried mangoes
  • Dried or fresh mint leaves
  • Dried passion fruit pulp from the best juicy yellow passion fruit varieties harvested in 2022 at Marzi’s Garden
  • Sweetener of choice honey, sugar, or alternative sweetener
  • * Marzi’s favorite sweetener candied sugar


  • Begin by preparing your tea infuser. Combine a portion of dried apples, dried mangoes, dried passion fruit pulp, and a few mint leaves into the infuser.
  • Place the prepared infuser in a mug, ensuring there’s enough space for the ingredients to expand and infuse the tea.
  • Heat water to the desired temperature and pour it over the infuser, completely immersing the ingredients.
  • Allow the blend to steep for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and infuse into the hot water.
